I have extensive experience in the new home business. My specialty for sellers is product analysis (the house and neighborhood), determining the target buyer (a two bedroom condo has a different buyer profile than a large single family home on a large lot), strategic pricing to maximize market exposure and seller profit.
Buyer Specialty Service
I truly appreciate working with my buyer clients. I start with a thorough consultation with my buyer clients. I listen and make note of their needs and wants.. I then provide a "10,000 foot view" of the current housing market using live local market data. Real Estate is hyper-local. Many clients are really surprised to learn about our local market. This up-to-date information is, at times, quite different than what one hears on the national news. A buyer who is informed about the market of the moment will never overpay for a home.
